All operational policies are set to benefit our students. Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions contained in this document carefully since any use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

Class Booking

• Students are only allowed to make booking on the prepaid dance classes (except for a trial class). Please make booking online for each dance classes.

• New timetable will be published and updated on the website every Sunday.

• Class booking for the following 28 days can be made daily.

• Cancellations need to be made at least 3 hours prior to the commencement of the reserved class. Class credit or fees of the reserved class will be charged for any late cancellation.

• WDM2 Dance Academy Limited reserves the rights to make any changes of classes and instructors as deemed necessary.

• TRIAL CLASS - Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Fees are non-refundable. Exclusively for first-time and new students of Rachel Fok, Where Dancers Meet Musicians and WDM2 Dance Academy Limited.
  

Cancellations due to adverse weather / force majeure

All classes will be automatically canceled for Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rain Warning or higher.

Studio Rental - Cancellation Policy:

Studio Rental deposit/fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable but transferable.

1. Notice Requirement and Rescheduling

   • Renters may reschedule their booking without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the original rental date. A new date and time must be agreed upon within 6 months of the original booking

   • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the rental date will result in no refund of the deposit/ rental fee.

   • Rescheduling Fees:

     1. 25% of the rental fee will be applied for changes made within the 7-day to 13-day window.

     2. or 50% of the rental fee will be applied for changes made within the 3-day to 6-day window.

2. Exceptions

   • Force Majeure: Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of a full refund or rescheduling.

   • Health and Safety: If the studio must close due to health and safety regulations (e.g., pandemics), renters will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Notification Method

   • Renters must notify the studio of cancellations or rescheduling via email/WhatsApps/phone, with a confirmation of receipt.

4. Confirmation of Cancellation

   • Written Confirmation: A written confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the renter within 48 hours of the notice.
     

Payment of Fees: 
Class credits/fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable .

• In case member needs to leave Hong Kong and requests for an extension of the credits which will be expired soon, WDM2 Dance Academy Limited may consider to accept such application provided that the member needs to submit a copy of her/his relevant boarding pass or air-ticket to WDM2 Dance Academy Limited for verification. We reserve the rights on its final decision.

• No further extensions will be granted for 6 Month or longer "All Inclusive Package" unless classes are canceled by WDM2 Dance Academy.

• WDM2 Dance Academy Limited accepts Cash, FPS, PayMe, and Alipay.

• Prices are subjected to changes without further notice.
  

General Studio Rules:

• Students must act in good faith and treat all other students and instructors with respect and kindness.

• Poor behavior from any student will not be tolerated and may result in instant dismissal from the studio.

• Students should be courteous towards each other. Any threat, harassment (verbal or written) or excessive behavior (offensive/illegal) is not allowed.

• Students should preserve peace and harmony in the studio. Any unreasonable noise or behavior that causes commotion and disturbance to other members is forbidden.

• Students are prohibited from disclosing any video, photographs or audio recording on the media or internet without consent from the 3rd party subject/talent.

• Students are forbidden from doing any broadcasting (including written material, audio, visual, film and video)

• Students should be considerate for others and maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness at our premises. Any behavior that causes disturbance or inconvenience to others is not allowed. We reserve the rights to revoke the membership and expel any instigator of commotions from the studio.

• WDM2 Dance Academy Limited reserves the rights to expel any misbehaved students and refund the balance of any unused credits.

• Respect the privacy and leisure time of other students, no promotion of any products, services or any solicitation for business are permitted within the studio premises. Any violator of the clause in any related manner may have termination of the membership without any refund.

Photo/Video Waiver
I acknowledge and consent to allow WDM2 Dance Academy Limited to use photos and/or videos of myself/my child in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our Dance Academy's website, or on social media sites (such as the Dance Academy's Facebook or Instagram account). 

Liability waiver
I hereby declare that I have/my child has enrolled in a WDM2 Dance Academy Limited class, workshop, rehearsal or event with the full awareness of the physical demands of the class, workshop, rehearsal or event and that I am/my child is physically fit and capable to do so at their own risk and responsibility. I agree to abide by the rules and conditions by WDM2 Dance Academy and I hereby release, waive, and discharge WDM2 Dance Academy and all their directors, instructors and employees, from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages, death, or injuries suffered as a result of my/their participation in a WDM2 Dance Academy class, workshop, rehearsal or event.

Lost Property Policy

WDM2 Dance Academy Limited does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen, although anything we do find will be placed in lost property.

By enrolling at WDM2 Dance Academy Limited and attending our classes you agree by default to our terms and conditions of our studio.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice. WDM2 Dance Academy Limited retains the right of final decisions and interpretation of the terms and conditions.
